I’m a member of American Christian Fiction Writers and have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Brazil, where I was born. There I worked as an English-Portuguese translator for legal documents, until I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006 for a marketing internship in a retail business. In 2008 I published and wrote for Crosswalk Community Church’s monthly newsletter, The Pedestrian, as well as all of their ministry publications. In 2012, I won the ACFW’s Genesis Award in the Contemporary Christian category. For the next two years I wrote several articles for South Texas local business magazines. Now settled in the Dallas area, I divide my time between chasing three kids, filming/editing for my “Hush! Mom’s Writing” Youtube channel and still pursuing publication in the Christian fiction industry.
